Child Development

Infant or Toddler

Because our infant/toddler programs are funded through the California Department of Education (CDE), families must qualify to receive state-subsidized childcare services to participate.

We call the staff in our infant/toddler centers caregivers because they do just that: care for your child. Their goal is to provide the kind of environment that meets the growing child’s physical, emotional, social and learning needs. They respect cultural and social diversity and practice positive disciplinary techniques.

We ensure your child’s safety, health, security and comfort, while maximizing flexibility, encouraging movement and allowing for freedom of choice. The infant/toddler programs are designed to meet the educational, physical and emotional needs of children 6 weeks - 36 months. From encouraging language and curiosity to developing a positive self-image and physical skills, our programs support your child’s growth.
